My why… I Created Kaia Collective

My whole life, I’ve carried high expectations of others especially in relationships. And when those expectations weren’t met, the letdown was heavy. 🫣 For years, I looked outside of myself for answers, for validation, for healing. 🌍 But this past year has been a profound awakening. 🌙✨

Through studying menstrual cycles 🩸, womb healing 🌸, and embracing what it truly means to be a woman 👑, I realized something life-changing: everything starts within. 💛 Every answer, every step toward healing, every part of the journey, it all begins with coming back to yourself. 💫🌿
