You just wanted people to have your back. It's that's simple. 🩷 Just support people with mental illness the same way you would support someone with cancer.

Even the people in our lives we perceive to be 'strong' can struggle. It's important that we remember to check in on them.

Just because they're strong, doesn't mean they don't need support. Letting them know that you're around, if and when they need, can make all the difference.

They might be strong, but that doesn't mean we have to let them carry the heavy stuff alone 🤝

𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙩𝙝: So sorry but need to say this. There are some businesses that will raise money for charity to try and show their audience that they are kind and to make their business look good. 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡 kindness shows in how they treat their staff.

You look after your staff, your staff will look after your business. Put the love 🩷 into the people in your organisation first, not your ego.

Thank you very much to all the people who care and support our tiny team. Fundraising for Mental Health and Wellbeing of NZers in a country where so many people still pass judgement on those who are struggling has been hard.

I had no idea how much abuse we would face, it's hard to face when you are struggling within yourself but still trying to do something to help others. Those who are vulnerable lack support and their voices are oppressed. Thank you to those who care, and support, we are so grateful. 🩷
