4 sessions 1.25hrs have both a practical (mobility) and workshopping component.

1. Understanding Chronic Pain & the Nervous System - What is my body telling me? Learn what contributes to your Chronic symptoms so you can start addressing them.
2. Physical wellbeing - reduce flares and fears, how to start progressing your movement and towards the activities you enjoy, break out of the pain loop, nutrition to support recovery.
3. Mental/emotional wellbeing - build resilience and reduce stress & overwhelm while managing chronic symptoms, shift negative self talk.
4. Game plan for pain - Head away with an individualized action plan so you can continue progressing and making movements!
