I have just returned from camping with my girls at beautiful Mavora Lakes and I am feeling inspired to share our January 2025 session.
It is going to be structured quite differently to what we normally do.

I am so happy to bring to you:
🌟✨Connection Under The Stars.🌙⭐️

Being under the stars is a very special way of connecting with ourselves and opening up to our hearts. To feel that oneness so deeply within our self, at the soul level.
Meditating under the stars has been a practice of mine for several years and I am very excited to open this space for you. So come along and join me!

In these circles we also experience the safe space of being able to ask questions about the deep things that matter to us.
We ponder and explore and expand our minds whilst being mindful that all things are possible in this infinite universe.

So come along in a position of openness to receive and a childlike curiosity!

If you have had experiences that you can't explain, or feel like you have no one to share them with because of potential judgement from others, then this is the circle for you.

This soul satisfying exploration internally as well as externally under the stars leaves you feeling light in your heart and curious in your mind.
You could say it is a dangling of the cosmic carrot to draw you in deeper to your internal journey.

When: January 25th 2025
Where: Location will be disclosed in the link below and will be an hour of travelling to the location from Dunedin.
Time: Meeting at 6.30pm with departure at 7pm. Return time is when the group wishes to leave the location.
Exchange: $25. As we will be car pooling, a payment of $10 per passenger will be paid to the driver. Purchase tickets at the link below.

What to expect:
- A 1 hour drive to the location plus a 10 minute uphill walk to where we will be placing our circle (please keep this in mind if you have issues with walking up hills)
- If the lighting permits us to see, we will begin with some energy expansion Qi Gong
- Shortened active breathworks session
- Guided meditations
- Sharing circles
- Heart opening Ceremonial Grade Cacao
- Star gazing

** Cacao and light snacks will be provided.

Wow everyone thank you so much for following our page! I am blown away with how quickly this page is growing.

Tomorrow is our final breathworks for 2024 - we are digging deep tomorrow and working hard.
I know most of you are busy getting ready for Xmas and closing up your office for the year, so to those who cannot make it: it has been a real journey and I am so deeply grateful for being able to hold space for you and with you and being a small part of your journey.

Breathe deep if the holiday-mania becomes a bit much for you. Breathe deep in through your nose and in to your stomach and release on the exhale with a sigh until you feel that peace and centeredness return. And remember to love yourself and be easy on yourself.

Our breathworks in November focused on the beautiful gentle healing yin element - Wai - water. On our internal water element.

We looked at how environments affect water and how water is highly adaptable, highly responsive to its environment. (Think of how a storm generates a stormy sea; yet calm weather brings calmness to the body of water)

While we cannot control a lot of what goes on in our external environments, we can learn to move through these environments with fluidity and ease by mastering our INTERNAL environment. By mastering our internal water element.

Doing so allows us to be in flow with obstacles and triggers that may come up.
Just as water slowly carves its way through a rock, not forcing a path but gently and gradually working with it's obstacle until such time passes that the obstacle gives way and the water can gently move through to the other side.
- Water in a calm environment is patient. Not forcing.
- Water adapts to its environment. Ice, liquid, steam - yet always maintains its essence.

Using a gentle breathworks we worked on accepting what is. Accepting what once was. Because accepting allows us to be in a powerful position of releasing.

To balance that, we are going to work next with the masculine yang element FIRE.
Fire - when it is mastered gives us access to an inner power of action and strength. Harnessed within our Manipura and Nahbi Chakra aligned with our Heart we can move consciously through life - no longer in the state of feeling like life is happening TO you.
Harnessing the fire element helps to alleviate procrastination, lack of energy, digestive issues, lack of self confidence, regulates blood flow, boosts willpower, release anger and resentment and so much more!

I invite you to come along to Decembers Qi Gong, Cacao and Breathworks session where we will be in circle formation and we will be using the Shamanic drum to sync and put in the work with your breath.

Using a Qi Gong Form with the Fire Element first to connect with our internal sun (heart) and activate our heart meridians with gentle fluid movements that are easy, slow and repetitive to release any energies that do not serve that has been stored within our Manipura and Nahbi Center and work towards mastering our inner fire element.

Then enjoying a heart opening Cacao Ceremony using the beautiful rich Ceremonial Grade Cacao that has been handpicked, ground by stone and baked in the sun followed by our 60 minute fire breathwork session of release and activation.

11/11- Last night we took our Contact group out under the stars for a night of star gazing and connection.

What a stunning clear night it was!

Equipped with camp chairs, chats about the deep things and a flask of cacao our night was perfect 💚🙏🏼🌏

Breathworks is an incredible tool that we all have access to within our own body.
What we can do with the breath is mind blowing!

A deep internal connection that can be achieved simply by implementing a few basic techniques with the breath, accompanied by sound frequency using music,.
Combine this with fluid, gentle, energy activating Qi Gong movements to unstick any stuck energy within your energy field to help the breath release what no longer serves you.
Along with a heart opening connection with IxCacao with our sacred Cacao Ceremony to show you the door of your internal journey.
