1. Print out your schedule from last week. (Yes, physical paper works best for this).
2. Green Light: Take a green highlighter and mark every meeting, project, or task that gave you energy. These are the moments you were operating in your Top 5 natural strengths.
3. Red Light: Take a red highlighter and mark every task that felt like pushing a boulder uphill. These are the tasks outside your zone of genius that are causing your burnout.
If your calendar is a sea of red, you don’t need a two-week holiday. You need a career redesign. You need to delegate, delete, or pivot.
