A little reminder popped up on my phone that it is our 5th year in business, where did that time go? 🤯 We started this page today in 2020 to document our journey and create a place where people could view some of our work and reach out to us for inquiries.
We’ve got a few things planned for next year, spoiler alert there’s a website on its way!! 🙌

Hope everyone’s recovering after a day of festivities, we enjoyed a couple different gatherings with family and friends. We will take another day to recharge and then back on the tools tomorrow 👍

Thanks to all of our wonderful clients who have supported us, we wouldn’t be here without you.

Stay safe out there and enjoy quality time with your loved ones! 🎅 🎄

How about that sunset!

"There’s something about a hard day’s work that just hits different. Maybe it’s the mud on your boots. Maybe it’s the dogs asleep in the tray. Or maybe it’s knowing you did something real, something useful; like building a kilometre of fencing strong enough to hold back a wild bull."

In this article from the "A Week In The Life Of" feature, hear from the Rural Worx team about their team, their tools and the hard parts of the job - and why they keep doing it.

Apparently just out here doing some AI fencing 🤷‍♂️🤣 I suppose that means I should get rid of this thing? Bit too expensive to have sitting around….
All jokes aside, it’s great to be out and about in the Manawatu countryside doing what I enjoy in the sunshine ☀️

Believe it or not this job took 6 months to complete! 😅
Earlier this winter we started this job on Taihape hill country and had to admit defeat when we managed to sink the tractor belly deep in mud. Despite our best efforts and a brand new set of cleats we had to re-evaluate and decided to return once it had some time to dry out, along with some old fashioned hand digging we managed to get it done.

Moral of the story folks, you can’t control the bloody weather 🌦️

See pic in the comments for a sad state of affairs…. There may or may not have been some choice words uttered 😇
