Our Story
My life has taken many twists and turns over its course and as I look back, each one has been a pivotal point for growth and transformation. Whilst uncomfortable at the time I am thankful for each and every situation and view them as stepping stones to where I am today. Life is exciting and unpredictable and it truly is a delicate art of holding on with both hands yet also knowing when to trust and let go.
My hope is that I am able to share my growth, knowledge, tools and experience that I have collected along my journey, to help guide you on your path, whether that be through alleviating pain and discomfort with massage or helping gently guide you to release what no longer serves you, so you can capture more inner sparkle during a personalised healing session.
