Hello everyone
As we come into this festive and holiday season it can be difficult to get into the lighter mood with all that is playing out around us. Remember that as we come from a place of kindness, caring, love, thoughtfulness, sharing, compassion, we are lifting the heaviness that surrounds so many of us.
Play music that lights you up, sing, take out your Christmas decorations, fill your home with fragrance and yummy spices. Smile at others you see.
I feel for those of you who are separated from family and friends. May we be there for those that are struggling.

One of the best things you can do for yourself in these times is self care.
To be able to cope with the challenges we face and to be in a place of calm, balance and open to what each day brings without fear or worry.
Reiki and massage both help your body, mind and spirit relax, heal and bring clarity. They help you to let go of anxiety and be able to cope better.
Also take time out to enjoy and be thankful for the sunshine on your face, to walk barefoot on the grass, breathe in the fragrance of spring and do activities you really enjoy.
