My final painting for the year…. The King Of Hearts 💕

One of my favourite artists is Joe Petruccio. He does done lots of Elvis and sports paintings and I saw a drawing he did turning Elvis in a playing card.

I took this as inspiration to create my own, in my own style.

This is one of my favorite images of Elvis, and it happened to work out perfectly using the neck of the guitar as the point where I could flip the image.

This is quite different than my usual paintings. But I love how it turned out.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by all the hacks, tips and advice out there, don’t ask “what should I be doing?”, ask “what can I do?”.

This simple question can give you a great starting point.

With time and consistency hopefully you will build some momentum, gain some motivation and then want to add to it over time.

This is hopefully when you will start to see the results you are after.

A little bit about us...

I am a chiropractor, father of 2 beautiful girls, husband and part time artist. My goal is to help people FEEL, MOVE and FUNCTION better. I achieve this through, chiropractic adjustments, exercise/movement prescription and advice. I practice what I preach by getting adjusted, eating well (most of the time) and exercising regularly. We also need to rest and I use my artwork as my way to de-stress.

I like to live by the mantra “Try to move more things, more often”. It is a simple fact that if we all moved a little more and did it regularly, you will be amazed at how good you can feel, and how easy it can be.

I hope to provide lots of useful information, tips and tools that you can use to help your own body feel, move and function better. Watch our videos, read our blogs on our website and most importantly....... try them. I know if you do, your body will thank you for it.
