Thank you to all the incredible people who popped by my stall at the yesterday! Boy! I had a blast! Thank you to for boosting trade about 200-fold with her magic and glow! Thank you to all the vollies and helpers that made the day go so smoothly and joyfully. Special big-ups to the announcer-lady who makes me laugh - I think you should announce everything everywhere from here on in! And thank you to all the new Hoopstars our there! You’ve got this!

2. Shoulders back and down
3. Feet hip width apart or one slightly in front of the other
4. Keep yo’ ass tucked in!
5. Push the hoop strong and true round your body
6. Pulse, push, thrust into the hoop from the belly button
7. Relax! It’s hooping, not brain surgery or tax accounting!

Behind door #7 of the Coops Hoops advent calendar is a couple of tips on hoop care/love:
1. All bent out of shape? It happens to hoops sometimes. If your hoop is not as round as it could be, lie it in the sun and let it get nice and warm, then pop it round your waist for a waist hoop. It'll soon be beautifully circular again.
2. Get it out in the open! Don't hide your hoop under a bushel, or a bed for that matter. Put it somewhere you can see it, so you can grab that hoop and spin yourself some joy whenever you fancy!
3. Want to keep your sparkle? The tape on hoops can get scraped and knocked. Hoop on grass or carpet if you are keen to keep your hoop pristine!
