Whose chart looks like this - where it is all even???

Answer No-ones - it is unattainable to be perfect in all areas of our lives.
But we can be working on certain areas, one area might be 30% and another 10% and another 5% and so , so and so on

it all depends on the season you are in. and what your focus is on for your goals, are you in learning phase, growth season or implementation phase of your life.

So, what is your focus for your goals are you just looking at physical selfcare and neglecting the other areas- like mental and emotional self-care which if not addressed can be one of the reasons you are unsuccessful towards your weight loss goals.

Did you know that we suggest booking three initial appointments with Neurotouch , here is how that can greatly benefit you?

These appointments provide a comprehensive assessment of Past trauma, energy clearing requirements and disconnections in the brain, body, while we are working with your body, we can explain all the physical and emotional symptoms you may be experiencing, we can tailor a personalized treatment plan for individuals of all ages.

The first session focuses on gathering background information and conducting assessments. we work on what your body deems to be the highest priority to be corrected or cleared. approx. 90 mins long

The second appointment includes a detailed discussion of initial appointment results, work with your body on what is the highest priority this treatment to be cleared approx. 1-2 weeks later than the first appointment and any take home recommendations for you to complete to put you in the driver's seat of your holistic health and wellness. approx. 60 mins long

Finally, the third session includes a discussion about the first 2 appointment results - if required we can develop of a customized treatment plan specific for you. approx. 45mins to 60mins, and approx. 1-4 weeks past the 2nd appointment.

All treatments are non-invasive - we work with your body and subconscious mind with muscle testing providing the answers.
