* Can I get a prescription?
Yes — if clinically appropriate. Doctors can issue electronic prescriptions that can be sent directly to your chosen pharmacy.
* How quickly can I see a doctor?
Straight away. Emergency Consult are available 24/7, 365 days with no appointment required.
* Is it suitable for children to be seen online?
Yes. Parents or guardians can organise consultations on behalf of their children but they will need to be present during the consult.
