Meet Dr Kat Kabala, another friendly doctor you may encoutner on-screen when you use Emergency Consult.

The adventurous Dr Kabala is an accomplished emergency physician, athlete and expedition doctor. She has competed internationally in both triathlon and swimming and has led expeditions to Kilimanjaro and the Grand Canyon. She has lent her medical expertise to renowned mountain treks and remote marine expeditions—and numerous international sporting events including hockey, cycling, and ultramarathon.

Dr Kabala has bounced back-and-forth between Aotearoa and the UK, with qualifications and experience in both hemispheres. We're grateful to have her working down-under with us. Mahi tika ana!

Our fees are not complicated. A 15-min video consultation costs $89 for adults and $49 for children 14 and under. There are no plans and you stay enrolled with your regular doctor (PHO).
