Tap this point 50 times daily to replenish Qi and blood, โ lose weightโ , and โeliminate toxins.โ
The human body has 14 meridians, and blockage in any of them can lead to various illnesses. However, one meridian is truly remarkable. Tap it 50 times daily and it will naturally eliminate edema and toxins, replenishing your Qi and blood, loosening your trouser legs, and improving your health!
This magical meridian is the Gallbladder Meridian.
The Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian
Overlapping of the Gallbladder Meridian can lead to dysregulation of the secretion and nerve damage; symptoms include lethargy, excessive sweating, fatigue, swollen armpits, and headaches at the back of the head.
Testing your Gallbladder Meridian can reveal its obstruction.
Stand upright with your arms hanging naturally. Make fists and tap the Fengshi points on each side of your thighs. If you experience soreness and swelling, it means your gallbladder is blocked!
Symptoms of poor gallbladder function: headaches, tinnitus, dizziness, and a bitter taste in the mouth.
Bile meridian blockage leads to toxin accumulation.
1. Oily hair: Due to insufficient bile secretion, the body cannot effectively break down the fats it consumes. This, combined with liver heat, causes the fat to be excreted through the hair.
2. Premature graying of hair: This is caused by insufficient energy. Traditional Chinese Medicine states that "hair is the end of blood." Inadequate nutrition leads to graying.
3. Spots around the eyes: Toxin accumulation.
4. Problems along the gallbladder meridian: Pain or coldness in the head, ribs, legs, ankles, or feet.
5. Gallbladder problems: Gallstones, inflammation, etc. 6. Liver Problems: Toxins cannot be excreted smoothly, leading to accumulation and the formation of fatty liver.
How to tap the gallbladder meridian?
As shown in the diagram, tap the four acupoints on the outer thigh daily with force. Four taps count as one tap. Tap each thigh 50 times a day, or 200 times each.
Because the thighs are thick with muscle and fat, you must apply force and tap at a rhythm of approximately two taps per second to effectively stimulate the acupoints.
Notes
1. Pressure
Use a hollow fist; no need to apply too much force. Tap with a downward motion. It's normal to feel soreness at the beginning, as the body is working to open up the gallbladder meridian.
2. Time
Tapping is not recommended after 11 PM. Qi and blood flow into the gallbladder meridian between 11 PM and 1 AM. Gallbladder meridian tapping should not be performed during this time, as it is not good for your health. It is safer to tap the gallbladder meridian during the day, a few minutes per leg daily.
3. Delayed Menstruation in Women
Some women have low blood flow to begin with, but due to liver heat, menstrual problems go unnoticed. As blood and qi rise, liver heat subsides, and delayed menstruation is normal. Once blood returns to normal levels, menstruation will resume. Tapping can be reduced or omitted during menstruation.
4. Long-term Persistence
Maintaining your body is a long-term endeavor; only persistence can yield results. 5. Avoid getting angry.
Tapping the gallbladder meridian helps the body's qi and blood rise. If qi is excessive, it will rise with the blood, causing discomfort. Therefore, it's important to dissipate some of the qi before beginning the gallbladder meridian tapping.
Thus, when encountering problems, try not to get angry. Illnesses caused by anger are difficult to treat because the body cannot control our emotions, and emotions can impact the endocrine system, disrupting the internal system.
Tapping the gallbladder meridian can bring health and longevity.
01. Tapping away gray hair
Tapping the gallbladder meridian can improve the body's absorption capacity, allowing gray hair to gradually turn black. Some gray hair will fall out and then grow black hair, while others will simply turn yellow and then black. For those with oily hair, it takes a long time to remove the oil. 02. Treating Fatty Liver and Gallstones
For those with fatty liver and gallstones, this method is the simplest and most effective way to improve their health.
03. Eliminating Toxins
Tapping the gallbladder meridian helps eliminate stool and toxins, and can also reduce freckles.
04. Eliminating Fat
Because tapping the gallbladder meridian accelerates its activity and removes waste accumulated on the outer thighs, this exercise directly reduces fat on the buttocks and outer thighs. You'll notice a wider trouser leg in about one to two months.
05. Preventing Disease and Strengthening the Body
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, when an organ is not functioning properly, stimulating the associated meridians can strengthen the meridians and improve organ function. Therefore, tapping the gallbladder meridian is the best way to address poor gallbladder function. People who should not perform Gallbladder Meridian Tapping
1. Elderly people should avoid excessive tapping of the Gallbladder Meridian, as rapid blood flow can increase the body's ability to regulate blood, leading to discomfort.
2. Pregnant women should avoid tapping, and it should not be painful for pregnant women, as this may affect the baby.
3. Some people have low blood Qi and fragile capillaries, which may cause blood stasis when tapping the Gallbladder Meridian. In such cases, the tapping should be paused until the stasis subsides before resuming.
4. People with platelet deficiency should also avoid tapping the Gallbladder Meridian, as this may cause capillary rupture and prevent bleeding.
5. Additionally, people who have undergone organ transplants may experience severe rejection during the blood Qi boosting process, and therefore are not suitable for this health regimen.
As the saying goes: Regularly tapping the gallbladder meridian makes you feel lighter. Once blocked, the whole body may be affected. Opening up the gallbladder meridian can turn gray hair black and make you younger and younger. It is suitable for everyone.
