After years of procrastination I have chosen to come back to the gym for my nervous system after burnout.

Building up my strength after the last few months has been slow with rest and recovery of years of survival mode and stress.

My body has become ready for the next repair. Building strength. Muscle. And endurance. 💪

I am determined to have this wellbeing habit etched into my daily routine for my mind and body because I want this for myself. I deserve this. I work hard at being the best version of myself and this is my next chapter.
