Pre-comp soul food been ages since I wanted to try the ginger nut latte yip not sweet don’t need to order it again wish it was more spicy.

Chilling before tomorrow’s TakiToru CrossFit comp at Kotahi CrossFit. One more swing on the bar this evening then it’s on tomorrow. Not nervous just wanna make every rep count and communicate with my teammates to make this happen. Glad to stay consistent with training I feel good I’m as fit as I can be improving what I can and look forward to having fun with my teammates. Stay well, move and look after yourselves as I will myself.
I’m on holiday from Easter weekend and return 14 April 2026.

Anei here’s a couple beautiful taonga I got to re-do the cord and lashed one of them. Been a while although was good to give back or do an exchange I can happily say they have returned home.

Such a wondered day today being out at Karapiro Waka Ama Nats providing Mirimiri under ACC with amazing Kai Mirimiri. We were well looked after by Rawinia and Bret you’s are amazing. Thanks to all our Kiritaki today and a big shout out to ACC for providing this space. So if you’re out at Karapiro sign up for a Mirimiri last day Friday. With that Pōmarie Jocee 🍃🤍🍃

So grateful for everything that’s happened this year the challenges, learning, teaching, hui, aroha, kindness, changes, whānau, people, fitness, health and so much more that’s played a key role in 2025. Love it that I got to work out these last few days to end 2025 too as health and fitness is a lifestyle we need to prioritise to become more balanced and grounded all round.
Be safe where ever you are and enjoy your love ones. Be happy as that’s a conscious choice, be well as that’s another, prioritise yourself heading into 2026 I’m so looking forward to it I have some goals to complete and achieve I’m excited hope you are too.
