awesome venue and the loviest staff thanks your work place is amazing e hoa yesterday’s recovery sauna and ice plunge does my body, mind and spirit wonders. Look forward to it again and palates Saturday working on my core!

One more hitt class to attend and clear the ruma āpōpō then start at my new work place this Monday. 3 years goes fast thanks to Kim & Aaron for having me it’s been a blast. To all the Kai mahi and Hauora members at Hauora Tangata thank you thank you thank you! I started my weights journey at Hauora Tangata thanks to the awesome coaches I’m grateful and thankful!

Greetings to everyone, my name is Jocelyn Te Kanawa, I am a descendant of Ngāti Maniapoto, Ngāti Pikiao, Ngāti Hikairo and Te Whakatōhea in the beautiful country of New Zealand.

Since 2015 Jocelyn re-connected with her wairuatanga (spirituality) learning Mirimiri/Romiromi (Māori Healing) along side learning about Māori Rongoā (which re-awoken what she saw her Nana do when she was a child) and other modalities that Jocelyn has added to her Kete (bag of knowledge). Jocelyn continues to learn and teach as she grows and believes in helping others to help heal themselves. Jocelyn believes that the strongest power available to us is Love! The love of God, our Tupuna (Ancestors), Guardians/Angels, our Whānau, friends, new friends and so much more…Aroha Mai Aroha Atu (Love received love returned.) Aroha tino nui Jocee❤️🌺❤️
