What happens to the ashes after a direct cremation?

The ashes are returned in an urn provided by the crematorium. You can collect the ashes yourself, or we can arrange delivery to you.

"When my father passed away, there were so many decisions. He had always been a private person and he wasn't that keen on a formal farewell. That's why we thought a direct cremation was suited to him. We could do our own small farewell with no financial or emotional pressures."

Do I need to do any paperwork?

The only paperwork you need to complete is our simple online form - once you submit it, we take care of everything else. This includes handling all necessary medical paperwork and death registration on your behalf.
