When it comes to staying motivated & driven, dedicating myself to a routine which involves working out 4-5 times a week makes a huge difference to my overall productivity & personal accountability to not only myself, but to my business too 🙏
Soon as I walk through the gym doors, I lock in. Same attitude applies when I'm working. Most of the time I won't stop for a break until the jobs done. This stems from the discipline I have for chasing the results I'm after, consistently. Don't get me wrong, the physical benefits are great but personally, it's more the mental gains that I receive from a solid workout 🫡💪
If you have your own business, I strongly encourage you to consider this lifestyle. It's a game changer & it will transform every area of your life. If you study the habits of the world's most successful people, they incorporate some sort of training into their daily routine 💯
In my opinion, signing up to the gym & having that non negotiable in your life is one of the ways I keep that slight edge. Also, I'm sober. I don't drink, smoke or anything like that. However, I do like some chocolate or a good milkshake, but I always make sure I earn it first 🫢👀😏
