Training well underway for my shape comp in October. My squat is at 75kg. Deadlift at 85kg and my bench is 45kg. Having to change up my training for the next 6 week block due to a little sore back and tight hip flexes. But I won't let that hold me back. A bit of physio and a fantastic trainer who can adapt. Perfect recipe for success. And body fat % went from 29% down to 25%in 6 weeks..
