New Moon Ritual
Flowing with Colors You can make this ritual as easy or as complex as you wish. What is important is to engage your creativity while spending quality time with
yourself. First, find your materials: an empty page or canvas to paint over and any kind of painting colors that you would like - such as pencils, watercolors or acrylics and their respective brushes. You will also need
a candle. Next create an inspiring space choosing soft or natural light, soothing nature sounds or music, aromatherapy or any other details that are
important for you. Close your eyes for a moment and take a few mindful breaths to center yourself and to let go of
any distractions. Then light your candle while honoring the dark
moon and its renewal energies. When you feel ready, pick a color that resonates with your current mood or emotion and begin expressing your deeper being. Let the pencil or brush move intuitively and freely without any specific goal. Embrace
your creation without judgement and allow for unexpected outcomes.
Once you feel complete, take a moment to reflect on your experience. How did it move you? How do you feel different? What did you learn
about yourself? Now put your hands on your heart and set your intentions for this new moon cycle.
