Let’s do a quick postpartum symptom check. Tell me if any of these sound familiar: You leak a little when you sneeze, jump, or laugh. Your lower back aches after carrying
the baby all day. You feel a heaviness or dragging sensation in your pelvis when you
stand for too long. You feel completely disconnected from your abdominal muscles
like they just aren’t there anymore.

If you're in that 60%, here are three things you can start today no gym required, no perfect schedule needed:

1. Move for 10 minutes before you do anything for anyone else.
Not to lose weight. Not to get fit. To regulate your nervous system before the demands of the day hijack it. A walk, a stretch, bodyweight in the lounge it counts.

2. Protect the first and last 30 minutes of sleep.
No scrolling at 11pm. No phone alarm on the bedside table. Your nervous system repairs itself in those transition windows. Guard them like they're meetings you can't cancel because they are.

3. Name the identity, not just the problem.
Most parents don't say "I'm burnt out." They say "I'm not coping" or "I don't know who I am anymore." That second one is the real one. Spend 2 minutes writing down one sentence: who you are outside of being a parent. It sounds small. It isn't.
You don't need to overhaul your life this week.
You need to start treating your wellbeing as the foundation not the afterthought.

Someone sent me this chart. I had to say something. 👇

Seven body types. Labelled. Ranked. Shared thousands of times.
And right there between "Built" and "Chubby" someone decided to call a strong, muscular woman "Strong Fat."
I want you to sit with that for a second.
A woman who trains. Who shows up. Who has built real strength in her body and the label the internet gives her is fat.
Here's what that chart is actually doing: it's telling women that the goal is the label, not the journey. That your body is something to be categorised and judged at every stage including when you're doing the work.
This is exactly why I don't coach bodies. I coach identities.
Because when a woman comes to me and says "I don't recognise myself anymore" she's not just talking about what she sees in the mirror. She's talking about years of being told her body means something about who she is.
The chart isn't fitness. It's a trap.
And the antidote isn't a better label.
It's knowing who you are regardless of where your body is right now.
That's the work. That's what changes everything.
