Losing 20kg in body Fat changed my life! - Client Quotes

- Robbie as I know him by had an absolute phenomenal journey, lots of ups and downs, some hard truths, hard workouts and some real talk.

Robbie's journey was not a simple one, he runs his own business, drives a lot and has a very busy life style, so when Robbie started working with me he wanted to lose weight and put muscle on ( I know that's what you all want) and it's not easy but but Robbie did it, lots of laying on the gym floor, buckets of sweat and a few times of almost spueing but Robbie just kept going no matter how hard it got and it paid of with 20kg of body fat dropping of him.

Robbie is an example of no matter how hard the journey feels, if you never give up and take responsibility for your journey, you can achieve what ever you want.

3 things that Robbie didn't to get the result he wanted:

1. Make excuses why he couldnt do it.
Everytime you make an excuse for you to not do the things you need to do, you reconfirm that you do not really want to achieve that goal. Start doing all the things that you have made excuses not to do and your life will change for ever!

2. STOP BLAMING OTHER PEOPLE FOR NOT GETTING THE RESULTS YOU ARE NOT DOING THE WORK FOR.
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OUTCOME!
The point that Robbie start to get the best results was when he started to take responsibility for why he was not getting the results he wanted, he started to be accountable for not doing his diet, not giving his all in the workouts, not being consistent for more than a couple of days and took owner ship for the work he was not doing and stop being a victim and blaming other people for the results he was not getting and the work he was not doing.

3. Stop thinking you no better than the tried and tested process.
When Robbie finally started to trust the process, after not following it, he begin to see results that he was struggling to get before, he realized he was trying to do it his way. His way didn't work! The process did and the results just kept coming from then on.

Client qoute - working with Fiona was an absolute pleasure, she understood the assignment and had moments of ups and downs but one thing she didn't do is give up!

She trusted the process and the results paid off, the main reason Fiona got the results she got was because she did 3 main things that if you are someone that is struggling to get results are definitely not doing is:

1. Being consistent
You complain about the result you are not getting but you skip days here and there,dont track your food everyday and miss workouts.
The way to make your results stick is simple dont miss a workouts, track your food everyday for at least a year without missing a day.

2. You have been dieting your whole life
Stopping dieting and start fueling your body, you have been udereating for a long time and cant understand why you still not losing weight because you are losing muscle not fat, which is just one reason you weight loss journey is also so hard, where as if you ate to fuel your body, you would build muscle which would increase your overall energy burn.

3.Your not sleeping enough
You sleep 5 to 6 hours a night which not only hinders you recovery but slows your muscles growth.

If you got 8 to 9 hours a night of good quality sleep for 365 days without changing you diet or exercise regime you could lose 20lbs of body fat in that time.

Losing weight can be easy the only thing that makes it hard are the choices you make!

Client Quotes - Rebecca had been struggling with here weight before she start following my nutrition plan and then she started following my nutrition plan and in the first few weeks lost 3kg, just from increasing her protein and eating more whole foods in here day.

I believe it's not about losing the weight fast it's about keeping it off when you do get it off, what I focus on with my clients is high protein between 1.5 to 2grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, building your strength and making better lifestyle choices.

I only work at one level and that's hard 😪 so that may not be for everyone but the clients that can mange that level of challenge in there life get the best results because they know the best things in life are hard and they are also earned.

"You cant be unhappy with the results you didn't get from the work you didn't do"

I love this qoute because it's the harsh truth about everyone's results, if you do not do the work "hard stuff" you will never achieve the results you spend every day looking in the mirror and complaining about.

So when someone like me tells you the harsh truth, about your journey, you shouldn't get angry or upset, because they are just trying to help and sometimes the truth hurts and you need to hear it weather you like it or not.
