After 7 beautiful years in our current studio space, we’re preparing to begin a new chapter together...

We are moving to West Harbour Marina (3min down the road)

This Thursday our five-week Women's Yoga Series will start, with Laura McKenzie.

Our first dedicated yoga series designed specifically for women.

Reconnect with the natural intelligence of your body through movement, breath, and reflection. Each week is inspired by one of the four seasons — Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter — culminating in a final integration practice that brings all these cycles together.

Drop in for casual classes using your existing membership, or sign-up for all five classes.

Monday mornings at 9.30am we have Slow Flow Yoga, and in the evenings you can joing for a 5.45pm Slow Flow, or 7pm Yogalates.

This Sunday we have Carol and Evelyn in the studio hosting Sacred Senses - a multi-sensory experience created to combine the stimulation of our physical senses; taste with cacao, sight with a delicate atmosphere as well as the blindfold, smell with aromatherapy, touch with crystals and of course sensations of sound.

The full experience combined creates Sacred Senses. The collaboration between this and Yin Yoga creates a deeper integration and physical experience that leave all in bliss and harmony.

Ashtanga Yoga Classes are back at Kanuka 🌿

Starting again with Luisa Schreiber this Sunday, 19th October - 7pm - 8pm

Move through the half-primary series and as you build routine and consistency with these iconic yoga movements created to build strength, flexibility, balance and resiliency.

Along with the asana (physical postures), Luisa will be sharing pranayama (breath practice) throughout each class, along with other key aspects of Ashtanga Yoga - like Tristana (associated with attention and focus), Bandha (associated with flow of energy throughout your being), and Drishti (focused gaze).

We're still hosting yoga classes in Ponsonby - every Tuesday, from 6pm - 7pm ✨ That means we're on tonight!

Upstairs in the beautiful Sapphire Room. Give yourself a little extra time if it's you're very first time in the area - you can stroll into the Ponsonby Central arcade area and you'll eventually spot a large stone staircase going upstairs - that's us!

Lots of easy parking options available on Richmond Rd and surrounding streets.

BYO yoga mat (we usually have a few spare).

Classes are all Koha - anywhere from $5 - $25 is much appreciated. Book online in advance, or bring some cash on the night.
