Yoga with Aroha Welcome!! To be completely honest, I teach this class to keep me doing yoga at home🫣. I'm better at doing stuff for other people than I am for myself!

* Some traditional Yoga poses because 5000 years of yogis must be on to something
* Attention to our breath because it deserves acknowledgement
* 90 minutes dedicated to yourself to move and breathe with intention and curiosity at whatever intensity is right for you
