Meditation is a powerful way to focus your energy and help manifest your 💗 heart's desires.
Whether you choose to take part in mindful meditation or guided visualisation, the practice of stilling the 🧠 mind can help bring greater clarity to our lives.
When we 🧘🏽♀️meditate, we are able to observe our thoughts without judgement and simply allow them to pass. This helps to cultivate a sense of calm and clarity within ourselves and therefore can help us to make better choices in everyday life.
By regularly meditating, we can create a powerful inner alignment and work on releasing any negative thought patterns or limiting beliefs. This helps us to realign our energy and 🚀 raise our vibration in order to 🧲 magnetise the things we truly desire.
The great thing about 🧘🏽♀️ meditation is that even a few 🧭minutes a day can make a big difference.
Once you start your practice it can become easier to go deeper into a meditative state. You may choose to read spiritual texts, listen to music or do yoga before sitting down in silent meditation.
In the long run, meditating regularly can profoundly shift your state of being and bring mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
To take your practice even further, connecting with your spirit guides or angels through meditation can be incredibly empowering.
If you're new to meditating, it's best to start small. Take baby steps, set aside five or ten minutes every day, and gradually increase from there as you become more comfortable with being still and present within yourself.
So if you're feeling 🤯 overwhelmed or 😩stressed, try taking time out for yourself and give meditation a go.

Have you ever felt like the world is spinning way too fast? Like you're running on empty, exhausted by the perceived pressures of modern life?
We live in a fast-paced, hectic world and it's so easy to get caught up in it all – to forget to slow down and just take a minute to breathe.
But here's the thing: slowing down is actually essential for our wellbeing. It helps us connect with ourselves, reenergise our bodies, and tap into something deeper and more meaningful.
So how do we make space to slow down? 🤔
Well, forget any ideas of having to be productive constantly. It's all about creating moments in your day when you don't have to do anything at all. It's about connecting back to an ancient and sacred practice of resting and calming the mind and body.
Take a look around you – no matter how busy the world might seem, nature is the ultimate reminder of how important it is to take a pause.
The birds, trees and flowers don't rush; they take their own time to grow and flourish, letting the seasons take care of them. So why not take some inspiration from nature and slow down right?
Sometimes that might mean taking a deep breath and simply noticing the world around you – really appreciating the beauty of being alive. Other times it could mean getting lost reading a book or taking some time out for a walk in nature. Whatever it is, the key is to move away from the frantic pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
So if you’re feeling tired and worn out, I encourage you to take a step back and remember to slow down. It doesn't have to be hard – just start by spending one minute each day focusing on your breath, or 10 minutes putting aside your phone and taking a walk in nature.
It's time to harness that ancient feminine power and reconnect to something deeper within ourselves.
Let's show ourselves some love and remember the importance of taking time out – because that's how we truly reenergise our minds and bodies.

This tactic of staying in your comfort zone and playing small.
As comfortable as it is !
It is also Stopping you from receiving.
In life we need balance in all Areas.
So the longer that you choose to keep something to yourself.
You are essentially stopping the Natural Flow of Reciprocity.
