True North Yoga Our serene space enhances wellbeing, supported by staff in a calming environment. Classes held at Kaitaia, Rangiputa and at my Ahipara Studio.

Welcome to True North Wellbeing Hub, where you can cultivate holistic wellness through group Yoga and Pilates classes, private Infrared Sauna sessions, or soothing massages. True North Yoga caters for all fitness levels, beginners are most welcome, in a fun and friendly workout environment. Beach Yoga is on during the Summer months. Bring Water and a Yoga mat (if you have one) or towel and I'll see you there!

True North Yoga Northland

True North Yoga Northland offers 60-90 minute Iyengar Yoga and HIIT Fitness classes (High Intensity Interval Training) and occasionally some Dance Fitness. All fitness levels are catered for, beginners are most welcome, in a fun and friendly workout environment. Classes are currently held at Ahipara Fire Station and Rangiputa Fire Station. Bring Water and a Yoga mat if you have one or towel. See you there!
