I’m so happy to be opening space for a new Hā Āta Yoga – Gentle Hatha Series, beginning this April.
If your body has been asking for something slower… softer… more supportive — this may be for you 🤍

📅 April 14th – May 5th
⏰ Tuesdays | 10:30–11:45am
This is a gentle, accessible class — no prior yoga experience needed.
Each week we’ll move slowly and intentionally, exploring themes of:
✨ Gratitude
✨ Acceptance
✨ Self-love
✨ Joy
Classes include breathwork, gentle stretching, floor-based movement, light standing poses, and deep rest.
This space is designed to support:
• easing tension in the body
• reconnecting with breath
• moving at your own pace
