Looking for a super-food boost this winter? ✨

This Spirulina & Manuka honey smoothie only takes 5 minutes to make, and is perfect as a breakfast shake or to refuel after a workout 🤸‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Ingredients:
🍌 1 large fresh banana (use a frozen banana for a creamier smoothie)
🥭 1/2 cup frozen mango (or 🍍)
🥑 1/2 ripe avocado
💚 1 teaspoon spirulina power
🌱 1/2 cup baby spinach
🥛 1 cup milk of your choice
🍯 100+ MGO Manuka honey to taste
🌰 1 tablespoon h**p seeds (or chia/flaxseeds)
🫐 (optional) top with blueberries

Blend the ingredients, pour and serve immediately!

How do you take your tea?

Give your body a quick, simple, and natural immunity boost by adding a stick of cinnamon or some lemon the next time you're brewing tea.

And what about Manuka honey? Because Manuka honey is sensitive to heat, adding it to a drink close to boiling temperature will hamper its antibacterial properties. It's best to let your drink cool down a bit before adding any honey 🍯

Remember, the best way to maximise the antibacterial properties of Manuka honey is to consume it straight out the jar. So don't be ashamed to got right in the jar with a spoon every once in a while. It will do your body, and soul, good 🧘‍♀️💪
