Handmade syrup using the highest quality ingredients. Freshly pressed ginger,local Honey, raw organic fairtrade sugar and filtered water. Contains a third of a bottle of pressed ginger juice -lots of ginger heat! We all know that Ginger is one of the worlds healthiest foods and it has plenty of beneficial properties including settling upset tummies from motion sickness,morning sickness or after chemotherapy.It is anti-inflammitory,immune boosting ,packed with antioxidants and has been proven to inhibit some cancers. USES-
Take it by the spoonful for a sore throat
Pour a couple of tablespoons into a cup with some warm milk for a healthy , spicy and delicious ginger latte. Great with sparkling water and a squeeze of lemon
Pour on porridge or pancakes
Use in marinades and dressings
spice up carrot salad or pumpkin soup
pour over yoghurt or icecream
