We invite you to a gentle, nourishing morning designed to awaken your wairua and plant the seeds of renewal as the new season arrives.

‘Seeds of Spring’ is the first offering in A Hauora Series - seasonal wellness gatherings brought to you by x .with.imo guided by Te Whare Tapa Whā and grounded in te ao Māori.

This three-hour workshop is a celebration of wellness, community, and connection. You’ll be guided through a morning of:

Imagine gathering with loved ones under the expansive night sky, sharing stories and laughter, as thoughts weave together like a beautiful song.

🌿The bond between plants and Papatuanuku(Earth Mother) is a profound story in Māori culture that invites us to reflect on our relationship with the land today. Whenua(land) represents not just land but a nurturing essence that sustains life, reminding us of our role as kaitiaki—guardians of the earth.

🌿As we navigate a modern world often disconnected from nature, we must consider how our choices impact the environment. Are we merely consumers, or can we become stewards, honoring the plants that grow from Papatuanuku?

🌿This relationship prompts us to live in harmony with nature, drawing inspiration from our ancestors who understood the importance of balance. By embracing our ethical responsibility to care for the land, we can cultivate a sustainable future, ensuring that the vibrant dance of life continues for generations to come.
