Sorrrryyy 🤣…It’s not the peanut butter it’s the extra spoon, the quick lick, the “that won’t matter” , a few random crackers, small handful of chips…. moments that add up fast.

None of it is bad and you can absolutely have it, but if fat loss is your goal this is where things start slipping without you even realising.

I wan to tell you an amazing story about my Client Jade who is absolutely incredible and inspiring mother of two ! 🫶🏼

Jade Reached out to me and signed up with a huge goal of wanting to lose almost 30kg!

She came from a sedentary background and wanted to make a change so that she could feel confident within herself, have more energy and show her babies the way forward by looking after herself!

30kg is a huge goal for someone to set, it is a scary goal but I wanted to her start slow on her journey.

I created nutrition plans that were high in calories because she didn’t follow anything, nor did she move her body before she came to me- so any movement and following a nutrition plan would get her results started.

As a 1:1 coaching client Jade checked in every 2 weeks along her journey, where I would make any changes necessary as a coach to ensure she succeeded OR if none were needed, give her motivation to keep pushing.

In 3 months she was down over 10kg. With Christmas, new year, injuries, sickness and much more of life inbetween she hit over 20kg mark by month 8!

Just over 11 months she hit her goal, 26.6 kg down which is mind blowing!

I then created a reverse diet for her and she went out on her own and managed to maintain her results for MONTHS by herself which is VERY hard IF someone hasn’t built good habits prior ( but Jade had).

From there Jade won a few awards and I tell you I almost cried receiving her messages on instagram !

She came back for nutrition coaching and since has hit 30.1kg !!

She is the star of the show, she has pushed and stayed consistent on her journey and her results are because of the hard work she put in day in and out with both her training and nutrition !

Jades mindset, motivation and quality of life is the real transformation here ! But doesn’t she just look amazing? I feel blessed and proud to be a part of your journey !

Not cutting out foods i love…not trying to be perfect…just building meals that work in real life

Protein- chicken, beef, tuna, eggs, greek yoghurt, protein shakes

Carbs: rice, potatoes, wraps, pasta, sweet potato, pumpkin, fruit

Fat: avocado, nuts, olive oil, cheese

Then build meals you actually enjoy like nachos, burgers, pizzas (just structured properly to your macros).

This is exactly what i get my clients doing every day and it’s what i set up inside my 30 day pushplay reset challenge.

Simple training + nutrition + recipes so you don’t have to overthink anything!

Bali Solo Travel take 56🙈 …with my unexpected Valentine🌹.

While it was a last minute decision to fly from Tokyo to Bali , I am glad I went (again) because I met my new bestie . We had a cute Galentines
And a crazy 2 weeks together to say the least.

Perimenopausal & 10kg down… here’s how.

Ainslie didn’t do anything extreme.

She started with my 8 week challenge and lost 5.6kg, then moved into 1:1 coaching and lost another 4.4kg.

But the biggest change wasn’t just the weight…

It was her lifestyle.

She went from being fairly sedentary to:
• Weight training 3-4x week → now 5x
• walking daily
• building strength and confidence
• actually enjoying her routine
