Happy New Year everyone. I hope the festive season has gone well. Things continued to build for Creative Physio moving into the end of the year. I am having a small break for the next few weeks but will then be full steam ahead moving into 2025. Thanks again for all your support. Keep your eyes open as well for some exercise info that will be coming your way as I will be introducing my top postural exercises for 2025 to you.

Hi everyone, just an update with regard the booking system. There have been some problems with using phones to book in - laptops/PCs however have generally been fine; if you do have trouble please text or call 027 3274732.

As an aside we're now week 5 and things are so far so good. Thanks again for all your support.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to say thank you for all the posts, comments and follows. It is hugely appreciated. In terms of Creative Physio we are now week 3, still a pretty steep learning curve but I'm getting there. Thanks again and watch this space for more updates and info.
