We made sure to make the most of the warmer weather while we had it!! We had a beautiful morning with a corporate group from Reckitt Benckiser by the lake 🦆 the first of a series combining yoga, breakfast and a gift bag of surprises from Best Beverage Company The Crystal People ARK Coffee Company Tea Total Good Magazine. All made possible with Lululemon Athletica Takapuna, RAW Yoga and Together Bespoke Wholefood Catering ⭐️

We had the pleasure of creating a health and wellness afternoon for an amazing team at Air New Zealand this week. Fresh air, cicada song, outdoor yoga with essential oils, a bespoke BePure nutrition workshop and I AM Co gift boxes of assorted health products. The purpose of the afternoon was to explore different ways of improving and maintaining health within a busy life✌🏻
