Pilates classes 👇

Thursday 9am
This is the last week at .nz and as much as we all have loved being part of this “space” for the community, we are all looking forward to continue offering what we love doing with you all.
As we transition into our new beautiful venue , I’m gathering feedback on days/times, type of classes etc. to get a better understanding of what you are interested in.
I’m currently considering these options:
✨Foundation class: for those who haven’t done Pilates before or the ones who need some gentle movement, including some yummy stretches
✨Mixed level class, offering challenging options for anyone who wants to go a bit further
✨Power Pilates 45’, stronger sessions with more variations
✨Men’s classes, there is a small group running on Fridays 6.30am. And a Wednesday 5.30pm class will resume in the new studio
✨Private groups/“one on one’s”, if any of these options don’t work for you, I can work with smaller groups/ different locations
If you haven’t been to my classes before, my top priority is that you move safely and enjoy your walks, golf, surf, tennis, running, gardening-whatever you do, feeling strong, finding more freedom in the way you move and understanding your body better.
A new schedule will be shared with you all soon. Most class times and styles will remain the same to the current ones for an easier transition. However, there’s the opportunity for new options and we are all open to feedback. In my case, I would like to offer different levels as this might be appealing.
