Important Patient Notice – Temporary System Upgrade Outage
Our practice is upgrading our patient management system to improve efficiency and future services. As part of this upgrade, there will be a short period where we will not have access to patient records.
📅 Outage period:
• From Friday 26 September, 5:00pm until Monday 29 September, after midday.
During this time:
• We will not be able to book or change appointments.
• We cannot check results or access patient records.
• We will be unable to generate prescriptions
• The Manage My Health (MMH) portal will not connect to our system. Any requests made in MMH over the weekend will not reach us until the upgrade is complete on Monday afternoon.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience while we complete this important system upgrade.
