I heard a loud thud on the window this afternoon & Rosiecat & I found a wee bird gasping for breath on the hot stones. Thankfully I found her first.
I picked her up, soothed her & gave her some water. She came right & stayed on my had so I walked her over to the trees to let her go. She was rather keen to stay on my hand, but I had a dojo waiting so said my goodbyes 🥰

What a stunner of a day out here at Taieri Homestead. I started the day with a few words acknowledging all the many wonderful creatures in my garden; seen & unseen. I said "I see you".
So does this explain why for the first time ever, I had a wee stick insect arrive on my window sill. I tried to relocate him to the garden but he seemed to want to stay with me. So beautiful. 😆🥰

Have spent numerous hours pushing a lawnmower but its all worth it, to have this space to enjoy. Feel very blessed. xx

Its a cold day here but I have the fire going & Rosiecat is snuggling up.
Karate training has finished for the year but I am still available for reiki if you are feeling low & need a boost or want to spoil a loved one. I also have plenty of balms made, if you need a last minute gift.
For those that have family around you, have a beautiful time over the coming couple of weeks & remember that the people in your life count. Lotsa love xx

Heading off to Okinawa, Japan. Upon my return in mid October, I will have 4 regular spaces available for Personal Tuition/Healing sessions.
Those 4 spaces are for anyone that would like to sign up for a weekly appointment that can alternate between Reiki Sound Healing, Body-Mind-Balance Classes & Karate.
Book a session at a time that suits you any day of the week, that will focus on one aspect or combines all.
