It was a privilege to conduct “M for Mindfulness” workshop in Heritage School Narayangonj, Bangladesh on the 9th of January, 2025. I was delighted to connect with the wonderful young minds who are the future. Also thank you Mr Selim Mia, Founder of Heritage School and Mr Pratik Tarafdar, Principal of Heritage School for inviting me to the school.
