Life throws everyone curve balls and my curve balls made it very clear that I needed to find a some work life balance, learn ways to destress and heal myself as naturally as possible.
So... I quit my job, started practicing mindfulness, learnt about and began using the natural healing properties of essential oils, changed my diet, and made sure I pampered myself with various massage therapies. These changes are helping me heal and I can now navigate life's curve balls with much more serenity.
Today I am completing my Level 5 NZ Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage with the hope of helping others find a place they too can breathe, relax and restore themselves.
