The Pleaser Saboteur is one of the most common inner patterns I see in women over 50. It often shows up as:- avoiding conflict . Feeling guilty when resting. Can’t say no. You don’t need a silent retreat to reset your nervous system. Sometimes it’s the sound of a gate opening….
A diesel engine humming….
And a river running beneath. Pause. Breathe. Let your body settle. Small resets, done often, build calm that lasts.

Forced stop. A cue to use it as an invitation. Opening a farm gate became an opportunity for gentle mobility. A few dude bends. A simple stretch. An awe moment. These small movements protect your body for your tomorrow. Your future self will thank you.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is to pause. To look around. To breathe a little deeper. To let awe remind the nervous system that it’s safe to slow down. If you spend time on nature often enough, it quietly fills your cup. For women in their timeless years - this matters more than ever .
