Today in Bali, my beautiful soul sisters and I opened our Whole Within Retreat in the most special way ✨

We opened with a ceremony that honoured our culture, who we are as Māori, and mana wāhine we. Standing beside you all was an incredible moment. It was such a privilege.

Grateful beyond words to my sissy, for bringing me into this magical space 🤍

I’m so proud of us. For showing up, for holding space, for stepping into who we are.

We deserve this 💫

Lately I’ve been a little quieter in my purpose work…
less “doing” and more just living.

And honestly?
It’s been beautiful.

Because even in the slowing down, I never disconnected.
I’ve still been tapping in, clearing, activating, choosing myself in the small, unseen moments.

I created a space that feels like me —
safe, soft, grounded, sacred.
A place where I can just be… and celebrate who I am becoming.

This life right now feels full.
Not because everything is perfect,
but because I’m present enough to feel it.

Grateful for the growth.
Grateful for the pauses.
Grateful for the woman I am today. 🤍
