When I first started leaning into whole foods, I still made a few mistakes.
I felt like I had to go all-in overnight, and I overcomplicated things. This mindset didn't make it easy or sustainable for myself.
What I’ve learned since is that small, consistent changes matter most.
Start with one small change at a time, and you’ll be surprised how much better you feel.
