What makes the Kindred Studio 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training unique?
Alongside the team of experienced and inspiring teachers sharing their knowledge- we designed the content of the training to include work that has benefited our own growth over the years and that of many others.

The curriculum has a day exploring The Power of Self Esteem- working with international trainer Clare Vivian Neal from the More to Life organisation.

Chai first studied this work over 20 years ago in the UK and experienced the ability to transform beliefs and patterns first hand.

Back then he was hiding at the back of the room -to embarrassed to speak and share in the training...and this work has definitely aided his personal development and growth to where he is now- comfortable in his own skin, enjoying and presenting to large numbers and putting himself out there to share his passion and knowledge!
These skills are so highly valuable and needed before you can hold space for others- and your self in front of a class!
