***Casual Position***

Are you friendly, reliable, and love helping people relax? We are looking for a new Spa Host to welcome guests to our peaceful spa pool area and ensure every visit is exceptional.

What you will do:

• Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Maintain spa pool cleanliness and presentation
• Manage guest transitions
• Keep our space calm, organised, and welcoming
• Wash, dry, and fold robes and towels to a high standard
• Assist with light admin or booking tasks when needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has great people skills and attention to detail
• Enjoys a calm, customer-focused environment
• Is available weekends and evenings
• Brings positive energy and initiative to the team
• Is confident and comfortable working independently
• Shows maturity, reliability, and good judgment
