BFA（バトルフィールド鍼）は、アメリカ軍医によって開発された耳鍼療法です。
耳の特定のポイントに小さな鍼を刺すことで、神経系や痛み・ストレス・気分に関わる脳の領域に働きかけると考えられています。

Our last day of the year will be Thursday, 11th December. We will be closed from 12th December, as we are traveling to Japan.

We would like to thank every one of you for your overwhelming support this year. We feel privileged to provide care for you. We will reopen on 5 January 2026!

Today, I made amazake 🌾 (a traditional Japanese fermented rice drink enjoyed for over 1,200 years.)
The rice malt I used was made by Urban Hippie from Nelson.
It’s full of nutrients and supports digestion and overall wellness.
Just like acupuncture, it helps to balance the body from within. These little daily habits help me stay healthy and energized!

A small but important upgrade was installed for our clinic today.
This handrail will help improve patient safety.

We have also planted some Robinia trees to create a more welcoming entrance. We have plans for more upgrades and we will keep you posted!
