Tuesday 27 January 10am-1pm – Kate Marie – uses a trauma-informed, somatic coaching method engaging the body and nervous system for self discovery and growth. Together, you create a clear vision for your life (relationships, health, purpose) and explore bodily sensations to move from story into feeling, gently releasing resistance and blocks.
Wednesday 28 January 10am-1pm – Tracy Atkinson Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy) people inhale tiny particles of salt generated and dispersed into a salt tent by a halogenerator. Owing to salt’s antibacterial properties and moisture attraction, this thins and loosens mucous and moisturizes and exfoliates skin. Great for asthma, sinus infections, coughs, colds and other respiratory conditions, as well as skin conditions, such as eczema and psoriasis.
Thursday 29 January 10am-1pm - Lynda Northcott – Reiki Master and Teacher with over 20 years of working with clients to clear and align them to their highest potential. Also Sound Alchemist, using instruments and voice plus channeled light language bringing through multidimensional activations and healing, Somatic Energy practitioner and Oracle. Medical and holistic background of being a Registered Nurse, working in medical, surgical and palliative care.
2pm-5pm – Roy Bridger medical hypnotherapist, using conscious mind relaxation to engage the subconscious mind in addressing the cause of illness and activating the immune system. Works with stress, anxiety, depression, cancer, weight management, smoking/addiction, sleep disorders, and wide range of chronic conditions.
