🤧 Time to roll up those sleeves and keep the flu out of our homes and workplaces! 💪 MediCross Urgent Care & GP Centre has started offering flu shot immunisation services.

🚶Just walk in for your shot. You don’t have to be enrolled with us. We’re ready when you are and happy to help!

*You might be eligible for a 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 flu vaccine if you:
✔️ Are 65 or over
✔️ Are pregnant
✔️ Have long-term health conditions (like asthma, diabetes or heart issues)
✔️ Live with a mental health condition or access addiction services

⏰ MediCross is open daily, 8am to 8pm, including weekends!

Let’s look after each other this winter, so we can enjoy more of the good stuff like skiing, snow days, and cozy catch-ups ⛷️❤️

Day 1️⃣ at WITT Taranaki 🙌 Today’s a special one for us. After recently signing a partnership with WITT to run the campus student health clinic, we’re super excited to officially be on campus from today! ❤️‍🔥

From now on, a registered nurse from MediCross Urgent Care & GP Centre will be based at WITT five days a week, offering free first-response care for minor illness and injuries, and helping students and staff get the right support early, with clear pathways to further care when needed 🩺

As our CEO, Shah puts it, “the on-site service gives students and staff peace of mind, knowing there is a qualified healthcare professional available to assess and support health needs promptly, with clear pathways to further care at MediCross Urgent Care & GP Centre when required. The service also helps ease pressure on the hospital emergency department.”

We’re proud to be working alongside WITT to help students stay well and supported, so they can focus on studying, learning, and everything else campus life brings 🤓📖
