Hey lovely people - just a reminder tomorrow night we will explore this theme after a little break last week 🙏👀💜
Join us on intentional word - the power of our language and explore creativity, expression, meditating and self love through that avenue. This session will also include a powerful letter written to yourself… we explore the impact of words on the nervous system and which linguistics resonate with you most.
Something I explored over the last two weeks was language and blaming expressions. Labelling is harsh in argumentation and we might even find ourselves automatically voicing harsher sentences, judgments or words upon ourselves in the background of our awareness.
When exploring this concept I tried a tool where any time my internal voice began saying "you are" under any critical judgment towards somebody ELSE, I stopped mid-sentence and said "I am" and finished the sentence my mind was about to apply in harsh criticism.
When I turned this around - intentionally applying to myself the harsh words I was about to say about them - I found that the negative words and harsh criticism stopped almost immediately.
Word is powerful. Sometimes it becomes more self-directed and other times it's outward. Either way, in a space of disconnect we can be blinded to how our words can be used to transform.
There is beauty in softness. Delicate success in taking a pause, and being mindful of how different words sound. If you have ever heard of Dr. Masaru Emoto - you will know the visual resonance of words can be seen under microscopic imaging.
Words can be a river of joy and encouragement. They can inspire, transmute and create.
May we find a muse in each rhythm, syllable and sound… may we create ease and grace with our minds and thus our surrounds 🙏💜
