My year of tutoring the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand workshops kicks into action next month. (April 27th/28th) The focus been on the 22 plants who support our Soul. It has never been more important than now to address the needs of our soul especially if we want to truely address our holistic health needs. With so much depression, anxiety, and trauma on both personal and collective levels, the unprecedented pressures place a stress on the soul which can lead to very problematical issues. The first workshop weekend focuses on our SOULS needs, soul lessons, soul capacities and how we can work with Sacred Plant medicine, specifically the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand to address the needs of the soul. I utilise this family of essences daily to make blends for clients, friends and family as much as myself. They keep me upright, ready to be able to meet the challenges my days present. Knowing how to support yourself at the level of the soul is what you learn when you attend the First Light Flower Essence of New Zealand 'Plant series' workshop. 22 Native Plants who form what is called the Life Enhancement Series teach us what there is to know and understand about the soul and its needs to stay in tact and flourish in the life. Often we hear terms like a lost soul, the lights have gone out, a broken soul, going soul searching, my soul aches. Teenagers and young adults, there is support for Study and Exams! It is always good to know that nature has our back whatever the challenges are that we face. My teenage son has reminded me it is about now he heads into mid year exams.
