Remember the old cliché "slow and steady wins the race"? This is a time for easy movement, unhurried steps, and a steady heart. Trust that taking life at a more leisurely pace will give you greater access to your dreams. Slowing down allows more contact with the juicer elements of your life. Savor them.

A dragonfly slipped into my home today, and it nudged me to share this reflection.

Animals have always walked beside us — offering food, transport, companionship, and so much more. Across cultures and throughout history, they’ve also carried deep symbolic meaning, shaping our stories, our rituals, and our spiritual understanding of the world.

Many people see animals as messengers from the spiritual realm, or as the returning presence of loved ones who’ve passed on. Others feel that each animal embodies particular qualities, lessons, or stages of life’s journey, arriving at just the right moment to offer comfort or guidance.

The dragonfly, especially, is often seen as a sign of transformation, clarity, and good things on the horizon — a gentle, positive messenger.

Pay attention to which animal crosses your path today. It may have something to tell you 🙏
