You look at old habits and think, nah, that doesn’t fit me anymore.
It’s not dramatic or a bit wow moment. It’s life moving you forward in a course you're directing.
You don’t have to fight it or turn it into a lesson. You realise you’re growing out of things that once made sense.

Choosing who stays close to you is self-respect in action.

Most people already feel the truth of their situation long before they admit it out loud. The hesitation usually comes from second-guessing yourself or worrying about how others will react.

Give yourself room to back the call you’ve been pondering over.
Life gets a lot clearer when you follow what feels right for YOU instead of waiting for someone else to sign it off like they're the CEO of YOUR life.

Healing is one part of the journey of life, not the whole thing.
Some of us forget that and turn their whole life into a workshop morphing our whole identity into a big ball of deep dive “healing”.
Your wairua (spirit) needs space to grow, your tinana (body) craves movement & joy and your hinengaro (mind) needs things that aren’t all self-discovery homework.

Laugh, cry, be silly, hav fun!🤩
Go do things that makes you feel alive.
Healing hits different when you’re actually living in between the big moments.
