Cooler temps outside are perfect for sauna✨️

Skme people don't want to go in the ocean in the dark
(fair enough!)

But when it's cold outside, you can lie on the Earth/Grass and let the ground take the heat out of your body...or just stand around and cool down🥵

And of course, the cold shower option is available...which, when you're literally steaming, feels amazing!
