Dropping in to let you know that we'll be operating in Kawerau in 2 weeks time!

Our first public sessions there are on Saturday the 6th December.

We're doing morning sessions at this stage, 8, 9 and 10am.

We will be parked at the Kawerau Sports Club carpark in Tarawera Park, Cobham Drive.

Sauna is amazing for your physical and mental health.

The hot and cold contrast is excellent for the body and mind, leaving you feeling reset and cleansed...

Plus, the cool off is in the beautiful Tarawera River, a true taonga/treasure in the district.
